Press Quotes;

"Sharp gusts of wind cut across her canvas of deep bass drum hits and reverberant cross-sticking, only to be countered by the warmth of the organ and her own seraphic coos." NPR

""Ring the Bell" finds Dienel exploring her more vocally acrobatic side." Pitchfork

"A lush, buoyant, R&B-informed dance-pop track that would fit right in on BEYONCÉ." Stereogum

"The lush new song is poppy and heady, recalling Dirty Projectors and Haim with a few melismatic Mariah Carey-style vocal flutters thrown in for good measure." SPIN

"Ring The Bell," the first single off White Hinterland's upcoming album Baby (out April 1) is bliss. Horns, cymbal crashes, and synths make for a lush soundscape. It stands on its own in a genre unique to Dienel. She's got the eccentric look of iamamiwhoami, the pop of Oh Land, and the powerhouse vocals of Duffy. " Refinery 29

"Gorgeous, haunting." Gorilla vs Bear

"Blending dulled-out drums, minimal instrumentation and Dienel's ethereal vocals, and grounded at their core by earthy, soulful melodies, White Hinterland's songs are more like brief cinematic experiences." Paste Magazine
